Why won't my invitation open?
Check the most common reasons why a public invitation link might not work.
If the invitation does not open from the link, check the address, publication and the access period before you create a new invitation.
1. Check the link
Make sure the copied address is complete. Open it again in an up-to-date browser.
2. Check publication status
If you own the invitation, sign in and check in My events whether it is published. A draft is not a public invitation.
3. Check the access period
When the access period has ended, the public invitation is no longer at the link. Sign in and see whether renewal is offered for that invitation.
4. Try another device
Check your internet connection and open the link in another current browser.
5. Still not working?
