What should I do if my photo will not upload?
Check file type, size and other common reasons for upload errors.
If a photo does not appear after you upload it, do not start the invitation again. Check the file and your connection first.
Check the format and size
Standard image fields support JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and SVG. The limit for one file in those fields is 10 MB. Gallery and other add-ons can have different limits. Read the message next to the field you are using.
Try again
- Make sure the internet connection is working.
- Check that the file is within that field's limit.
- Upload the photo again.
- If the problem continues, use another supported file.
- Review the preview after the upload.
Do not close the editor while the application shows that the upload is still in progress.
