How do I upload or change a photo?
Learn how to add photos to your invitation and solve common upload issues.
If your template includes an image field, you can upload your own file in the editor. After the upload, review the preview and save your changes.
How do I add a photo?
- Open the invitation editor.
- Find the photo or image field.
- Choose the file from your device.
- Wait until the upload finishes.
- Review the preview.
- Choose “Save changes” if the editor asks you to.
Which files are supported?
Standard invitation image fields accept JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and SVG. The maximum size of one file in these fields is 10 MB.
Not every field or add-on uses the same limit. Gallery can have separate restrictions. Follow the message shown for that field, and do not apply the 10 MB invitation-image limit to the gallery.
What if my photo will not upload?
- Check the file size.
- Confirm that the format is supported.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- If the problem continues, try another photo.
- If it still fails, email hello@digitalstories.app.
How should I choose a photo?
Use a clear photo where you can. The crop may be adjusted to fit the template, so always check the preview.
