How can I contact you about my account or personal data?

For an account problem, a question about your data, or a personal-data request, email us. Do not include your password or card details.

How do I submit a request?

Email hello@digitalstories.app. Explain what you need. If the request concerns a purchase, include the order reference when you have it.

How can I protect my information?

Do not send:

• your account password
• payment card details
• your CVC
• full sign-in credentials
