Song Requests: music suggestions from guests
Learn how guests can suggest songs and how the organiser can review their suggestions.
Song Requests lets guests submit song suggestions for your event.
It is useful when you want to collect musical ideas from your guests in one place.
How does Song Requests work?
When the feature is available for your invitation and turned on, guests can use the song-request field on the published invitation. In the editor, look for it in the Soundtrack section if you do not see a separate section. It is not currently a separate add-on to purchase.
The information they can submit depends on the form provided by the current feature.
How do I get started?
- Open your invitation editor.
- Go to the Soundtrack section and turn on Song Requests if that option is shown.
- Save your configuration.
- Publish the invitation if it has not been published yet.
- Share the invitation link with your guests.
How do I use the suggestions?
Review submitted suggestions in the part of your account or editor provided for this feature.
Song Requests collects suggestions. Do not assume it automatically plays songs, purchases tracks, creates a playlist or publishes music to an external service.
Why can't guests submit suggestions?
Check that the feature is available for your invitation, that its configuration was saved and that the invitation is publicly accessible.
